We recommend non-porous surfaces for intensive use of the Hoffman cocktail. Marble, for example, offers sublime possibilities from an aesthetic point of view, but needs to be used with care because of its fragility. 

Please note that we use traditional and manual production processes and natural materials. We ensure quality finishes, however, some ‘imperfections’ may appear, reflecting the hand-made nature of our products.
